Sharpflow offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Payments are due in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.

We may offer free trials for certain subscription plans. If you sign up for a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and you authorize us to charge your payment method accordingly.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for unused portions of your subscription.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the above license and that your User Content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sharpflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Sharpflow in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sharpflow, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Belgrade, Serbia.
